Workshops that send you home with the questions, not the pitch.

Two formats. One philosophy. Independent counsel for leaders who deserve it.

One day. Two halves. Both pay back.

Workshop participants grounding the AI lexicon at the whiteboard

PART 01

Ground the language

Half of every bad AI conversation in a leadership team is people using the same words to mean different things. Agent. Context. Model. Workflow. Harness. We start the day by grounding everyone in the room on what those words actually point to in the working world, with examples from real businesses, not slide decks. By lunch, your team is having one conversation about AI, not five overlapping ones. You stop nodding through vendor pitches because you can hear what's being claimed, what's being skipped, and where the capability ends.

PART 02

Tear down your own business

The afternoon turns the lens on you. We map the processes your team actually runs, with the people who actually run them in the room, and we work out where AI gives genuine leverage on growth, cost, or scale, and where it doesn't. You leave with three to five named opportunities in your own business, a prioritised view on what to do first, and the right questions to put to anyone, internal or external, asking for budget to chase them. The output is a defensible point of view you can take to your board.

Workshop teardown mapping a real business process onto growth, cost and scale levers

Open with peers. Or in-house, just your team.

The Syllogism Open Workshop

Promise. Sit down with peers from other businesses, learn the language of AI you've been nodding through, and walk out with a short list of places AI can actually move your numbers.

Who it's for. Founders, MDs, GMs, and senior operators of mid-market Australian businesses who want to think out loud about AI with people who aren't selling them anything, and aren't selling them either.

What you leave with

  • Working fluency in the AI lexicon your team is already using around you
  • Three to five named opportunities in your own business where AI gives genuine leverage
  • Outside perspective from peers sitting on the same problems in different industries
  • A defensible point of view to take back to your board or leadership team

Why this one. You want peer pressure-testing more than privacy. Cross-industry perspective is the feature, not the bug. You want to hear how other operators frame it before you commit a leadership team's day to it.

Format: AU cities, in-person. Bring your team or come solo.

The Syllogism In-House Workshop

Promise. Bring your leadership team or board into one room and leave with a shared AI vocabulary, a shared map of where AI matters in your business, and the right questions to ask everyone selling you something.

Who it's for. Boards and executive teams who need their senior people aligned on AI, not individually informed, aligned, before the next vendor pitch, the next strategic plan, or the next board meeting forces a decision.

What you leave with

  • One shared vocabulary across the leadership team
  • A teardown of your own processes, run with the people who own them
  • A prioritised internal view on where AI moves your numbers, and where it doesn't
  • The right questions to put to internal teams and external vendors before any commitment

Why this one. Confidentiality. Speed of alignment. The conversation is about your business, not adjacent ones. Every senior person walks out with the same map.

Format: In-person, your venue or ours.

Scope an in-house workshop

The questions we get asked first.

I can get AI training on YouTube for free.

This isn't training. It's a teardown of your own business with peers in the room. YouTube can't do that.

We've already hired a consultant for this.

Bring the questions home from a workshop and use them to grade the consultant.

I'll wait until things settle down.

The window where early questions cost less than late mistakes is the one you're in right now.

My team should go, not me.

Your team will go where you point them. The workshop is about deciding where to point them.

How do I know it's not just another AI pitch?

Syllogism sells no software, no platform, no implementation. The advice is yours, not ours.

Register for the next open workshop, or scope an in-house session.

Tell us which format fits and we'll be in touch.

Or book a scoping call.

Get on the list

Tell us where you're sitting on AI. We'll be in touch when the next workshop in your city opens, or sooner if it sounds like an in-house fit.
