Two operators. One independent room.

Richard Webbe and David Pengelley founded Syllogism because the advisory market deserved better.

Richard Webbe

Richard brings four decades of enterprise technology across IBM, Cisco, Opsware, Telstra, and 247.ai. He sold AI commercially before it was a boardroom priority and has trained more than twenty thousand technology sales executives globally, which means he knows exactly how vendors think, how they sell, and where the gap is between their pitch and your reality. He's based in Melbourne and runs every open workshop.

David Pengelley

Dave spent fifteen-plus years in solution engineering, ran Q Branch as ANZ Director at Salesforce, and holds a US patent. He's an MBA from Quantic, hosts the AI Operators podcast, and runs an active AI architecture practice across his holding company portfolio. He brings the architectural and operator depth, including hands-on time with the agents, harnesses, and workflows leadership teams are being sold every week.

Two operators. Same room. Same day.

Enterprise sales depth plus AI architecture depth plus a daily operator perspective. Richard reads the pitch. Dave reads the architecture. You get both, in the room, for the day. That pairing is the proof. It's also the reason we don't outsource workshop delivery to associates or licence the format to anyone else.
